Ian Sax
Ian Sax, Partner and CEO, served as Director of Research at The Carson Group from 1994 until 1998, where he played a leading role architecting the firm's global shareholder information database, which in four short years became a leading source of firm, fund, contact, and institutional ownership data. He has since served as a consultant for a variety of financial services firms and as a financial journalist. In 2001, he successfully established a 24-person data collection facility in India for Capital IQ, one of the largest providers of global private capital solutions and now a unit of Standard & Poor's. From 2001 until 2005, he served as a consultant to Thomson Financial, where he advised the company on its financial data collection efforts, designed a new suite of software tools, and helped reorganize data teams in both its UK and Indian data operations. During that time he also served as a consultant to i-Deal, a New York-based provider of online software platforms for investment banks, issuers, and investors.
Krishna Veerareddy
Krishna Veerareddy, Partner and Managing Director of Off-Shore Operations, carries a fourteen year long exceptional track record of building various industry standard financial software products. He served as Vice President at Thomson Financial Corporate Services where he over saw the development and integration of inbound products including Thomson ONE for Investor Relations and Third Party products that included a diverse range of clients such as NYSE, JPMorgan Chase and Bear Wagner Specialists. During his time at Thomson Financial he managed technical teams (onshore/offshore) that collaborated on various key projects. Mr. Veerareddy brings a wealth of experience from his time with the Carson Group where he oversaw the development of data collections and Capital Market Intelligence (CMI) applications. Mr. Veerareddy holds a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from New York Institute of Technology.
Ruchir Garg
Ruchir Garg, Partner and CTO, is a graduate of Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Delhi, India. He has over 17 years experience in application design and development. Mr. Garg has spent 13 years working with financial and market data, both as a developer and as a manager of numerous multi-faceted projects requiring coordination of global development (including off-shore resources) and business analyst teams. He has expertise in designing and developing databases, web sites, and client-server applications, but he prefers to be known as a Problem Solver . Working at The Carson Group and later at Thomson Financial Corporation, Mr. Garg worked with leading financial services companies and was involved in projects with top-tier Wall Street clients. |
