Ian Sax, Partner and CEO
Ian Sax has secured over seventeen years of experience in the technology and financial services industries. Early in his career Ian served as Director of Research at The Carson Group where he played a leading role architecting the firm's global shareholder information database, which in four short years became a leading source of firm, fund, contact, and institutional ownership data. Ian has since served as a consultant for a variety of financial services firms and as a financial journalist. In 2001, he successfully established a 24-person data collection facility in India for Capital IQ, one of the largest providers of global private capital solutions and now a unit of Standard & Poor's. After that, Ian served as a consultant to Thomson Financial, where he advised the company on its financial data collection efforts, designed a new suite of software tools, and helped reorganize data teams in both its UK and Indian data operations. During that time Ian also served as a consultant to i-Deal, a New York-based provider of online software platforms for investment banks, issuers, and investors. Ian holds a Bachelors of Science in Comparative Literature from Hobart College.
Krishna Veerareddy, Partner and Managing Director
Krishna Veerareddy carries a nineteen year long exceptional track record of building various industry standard financial software products and manages Shore Group's offshore operations in Hyderabad. He served as Vice President at Thomson Financial Corporate Services where he oversaw the development and integration of inbound products including Thomson ONE for Investor Relations and Third Party products that included a diverse range of clients such as NYSE, JPMorgan Chase and Bear Wagner Specialists. During his time at Thomson Financial he managed technical teams (onshore/offshore) that collaborated on various key projects. Krishna brings a wealth of experience from his time with the Carson Group where he oversaw the development of data collections and Capital Market Intelligence (CMI) applications. Krishna holds a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from the New York Institute of Technology.
Shantha Nerametla, Chief Administrative Officer
Shantha Nerametla comes to Shore Group with twelve years solid industry experience in the areas of technology, education and finance. Shantha is responsible for the day-to-day management of the organization and oversees the divisions of Finance, Communication, Human Resources, Research and Development. She began her career at Computer Associates and later moved to Telcordia, joining their 1-800 number portability team. Before joining Shore Group, Shantha taught Computer Science at Middlesex County College. Shantha holds a Bachelor's in Mechanical engineering from Vasavi College of Engineering, Hyderabad and Master's degree in Computer Science graduating magna cum laude from the New York Institute of Technology.
Laura Glickman Breiding, Vice President of U.S. Operations
Laura Breiding has twelve years of experience in developing and managing products for the financial services industry. Prior to joining Shore Group, Laura was a Consultant for Accenture where she specialized in industry applications within their IT Consulting/Financial Services Practice. Before joining Accenture, she was the Director of Institutional Products at Mergent, where she focused on developing and managing applications for the institutional marketplace. Laura began her career working in capital markets intelligence, first at Carson Group and then later for Thomson Financial and Ilios Partners. During her time at Carson and Thomson, she created several weekly newsletters on the money management industry and played an integral role in the merger of Thomson and Carson's research groups and databases. At Ilios Partners, she led the research effort in collecting firm, fund, contact, and institutional ownership data and assisted in the development of their online investor relations product. Laura holds an MBA in Finance and Management from Fordham University and a BA from Hofstra University.
Renee Walton, Director of Marketing
Renee Walton brings over thirteen years of integral experience to this position and is responsible for all marketing and advertising programs at Shore Group. Prior to joining the company, Renee was the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Shift Worldwide, an innovative technology company providing multi-platform teleconferencing services. Before joining Shift, she was the Associate Publisher of Corporate Secretary Magazine, working closely with the growing governance & compliance industry, as well as the Web Business Development Manager for its sister publication, Investor Relations Magazine. As the Corporate Marketing Manager for Bowne, a 225-year old international printing company, Renee managed the U.S. advertising, marketing and trade show campaigns. Renee is a cum laude graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelors of Science in Socio-Cultural Anthropology.
